Organizational Processes

The “Organizational Processes” line of research endeavors to develop research that articulates themes pertinent to Social, Work, and Organizational Psychology, including but not limited to: workplace well-being, organizational culture and climate, power and leadership, social and organizational support, entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, career management and development, professional integration, gender issues in the workplace, diversity in organizations, trends in human resource management and the validity of psychological measures applied to work and organizations. Additionally, it seeks to develop research that analyzes cognitive, affective, behavioral, and contextual aspects in the context of the positive psychology paradigm and the multilevel perspective. This analysis considers the complex relationships between individual well-being, professional life, and social context.
