Admission process for the Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs at PPGPSI-UFU.
Admission to the Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs at PPGPSI-UFU occurs through specific selection processes, governed by notices published annually. The selection process for the Master's program is generally in the first semester, while for the Doctoral program, it is generally in the second semester.
These selection processes consist of two stages:
- Elimination stage, related to the evaluation of the candidate's preliminary research project, and
- Classification stage, related to evaluating the candidate's resume.

Admission process for the Postdoctoral program at PPGPSI-UFU
Admission to the Post-doctoral Program at PPGPSI-UFU is continuous. The post-doctoral proposal must be submitted by the candidate's supervisor and will be analyzed by the PPGPSI Committee.

The PPGPSI-UFU Master's Degree program is intended for graduates with a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a long-term (full undergraduate degree) in related areas.
Applicants for the PPGPSI-UFU Master's Degree must demonstrate proficiency in English.
The PPGPSI-UFU Doctoral program is designed for graduates with a bachelor's degree in psychology or a complete undergraduate degree in a related field and a master's degree in psychology or a related field.
Applicants for the PPGPSI-UFU Doctoral program must demonstrate proficiency in English and a second language specified in the announcement.
These selection procedures are developed by a special committee, which issues a final opinion on the selected candidates.
